Satellite Testing

1. Satellite Testing

Assembly Integration and Testing Center (AIT)

1.1 Vibration testing

Vibration testing is the process of simulating harsh conditions that can occur while using a product such as mishandling, dropping and various modes of transportation.  Vibration tests are conducted in a controlled environment in our laboratory.

1.2 Spacecraft Thermal cycling chamber

Thermal Cycling Testing is used to enhance the quality of a product and its components. The Thermal Cycling Chamber allows to test a device’s resistance to extreme temperatures under conditions of earth pressure and low humidity.

1.3 Thermal Vacuum Chamber testing

Thermal Vacuum Chamber test is the mentioned scenario can be simulated by installing a satellite in a controlled atmospheric chamber, along with the ability to alternate between hot and cold temperatures. Additionally, to confirm the satellite’s functionality, engineers will control and monitor its status while issuing commands in both extreme hot and cold conditions.
